Sometimes failed collections are caused by
the following reasons:

Bad weather conditions which can result
to road blockage and severe traffic

Collections address not found. Please
check that the postcode is correct.

A collection driver may have come to
your collection point for pickup but
there was either no answer or no access
to the collection site.

does it cost to send a parcel? |

from £9.99 to £12.99 depending on the weight

What
happens if the parcels are lost or damaged? |
We have a £10 per KG insurance policy of all
items shipped through our network. if in
case, your parcels were damage or loss,
Please submit the form with the following
documentation:

The Manifest or Airway Bill. The
actual documentation left at collection
point.

Order ID of the NextDay2Go order.
-
Proof of value e.g. a receipt,
invoice or purchase order. The proof of
value should indicate the actual content
cost value excluding vat and profit,
NOT the sale
value.

Recipient Confirmation.
Any claims for loss will require written
confirmation from the receiving party
that they have not received the item. If
this is not submitted with the claim;
the claim will be refused.

Photograph(s) of damage (claims
for damage only). We require pictures of
the damage to the item and (for part
loss claims and damage claims) pictures
of the internal and external packaging
used. Please note that if these will
take a little time we advise you to
submit the claim without the
photograph(s) without delay and then
ensure we receive the photograph(s)
within 7 days of the initial claims
submission.
Only when all the documentation is
received will we be able to submit your
claim.
All claims are subject to the following
submission (not notification) deadlines:

Damage - 14 days from the date of
despatch.

Part Loss - 14 days from the date
of despatch
-
Loss - 14 days from the date of
despatch.
(Any claim received after these deadlines
will not be accepted.)
Please note that in any event of a damage
claim the item constituting the claim should
be retained as it may be required for
inspection or salvage. |
